Shipping Policy
Outbound Shipping and handling:
Thrift+ provides tracked shipping of our order to you via EVRi.
For England and Wales shipping and handling fees are:
-£3.50 for Standard Shipping (delivery is usually in 3-5 working days although this is not guaranteed and may take longer during busy periods).
-£7.95 for Express Shipping (delivery in under 2 working days) - not currently available in Scotland.
To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates:
Standard Delivery (Evri): Order by Thursday 19th December
Express Delivery: Order by Friday, 20th December by midday.
For Scotland (including the Highlands) shipping and handling fees are:
-£5.95 for Standard Shipping (delivery is usually in 3-5 working days although this is not guaranteed and may take longer during busy periods).
Areas outside of England and Wales & Scotland (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man):
- £9.95 for Standard shipping
-£10.95 for orders to British Forces Post Offices
If an order does not arrive with you within 15 days as seen via the tracking information, we are able to refund your order. Please get in touch with us, if this is the case.
Thrift+ Bag orders
Standard postage for Thrift+ Bag orders is free. Delivery is typically within 5-10 days.
Please note, we are unable to ship Thrift+ Bags to: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands
Return Shipping & Refunds:
We really hope that you will love your Thrift+ purchase. However, if it doesn't fit, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return, please click on the link found in your order confirmation email, or visit www.thrift.plus/returns. You will need to provide your box number and the email address associated with that order.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Through our returns process you can access Royal Mail or EVRi returns labels.
We recommend using a tracked postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 working days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Any Thrift+ credits you used in the original payment will also be refunded to your account.
