Refund Policy

We really hope that you will love your Thrift+ purchase. However, if it doesn't fit, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The Thrift+ tag with SKU information must still be attached. If it has fallen off, please ensure it is in the parcel. Items that we receive without tags are not eligible for refunds.

To request a return, you need to use the Thrift+ Returns Portal. Please click on the link found in your order confirmation email, or visit www.thrift.plus/returns. You will need to provide your order number and email address.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Through our returns process, you can access Royal Mail or EVRi returns labels. If your order requires multiple parcels to be returned, please get in touch with our team at hello@thrift.plus who will be able to assist.

Once your return is received, we will check your items and send you a notification email to confirm. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your order was placed with both Thrift+ credit and a credit card, the refund method will depend on the refund value and the amount initially covered by each payment method used.
