Whether your items are resold or recirculated is at the discretion of our warehouse team. Anything that can't be sold online will be recycled or donated to our charity partners. Find out more about our resale condition requirements.
TOP TIPS
Items for resale need to be:
1. Accepted in our brand checker above
2. Clean and in tip-top condition
3. Womenswear, menswear, shoes, and accessories
For standard resale we can’t accept items such as: swimwear, kids-wear, underwear, bodysuits, pyjamas, sleepwear, jewellery.
If you're unsure or a retail partner, please get in touch with us first.
Remember, if your items aren’t right for resale you can still send them to us and we’ll recirculate them.
