REFUND POLICY

We really hope that you will love your Thrift+ purchase. However, if it doesn't fit, or you change your mind, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To request a return, please click on the link found in your order confirmation email, or visit www.thrift.plus/returns. You will need to provide your order number and the email address associated with that order.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend using a postage service with confirmation upon delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
